Payment of your fee confirms your photographic shoot and design session and is due in advance to secure your booking. If for any reason Geoff Letchford is not available for your photographic shoot, the fee is fully refundable. In the case of cancellation the booking fee is non refundable. I understand that my photographic session fee covers the photographer’s time & is non refundable. I assign all copyright of all images to Geoff Letchford Photography Pty. Ltd. and understand they cannot be reproduced in any way without express written permission of Geoff Letchford Photography Pty. Ltd. I understand my images may be used for promotional use, however if you do not agree, please advise Letchford & Letchford at your design session.   Orders must be made within 6 months of photographic session after which images will be placed into deep storage for a further 6 months & generate an access fee of $600AUD. Letchford & Letchford keeps all ordered images forever, however due to storage we are not able to keep every image. Any inquiries to provide products for a special occasion can be requested, however not guaranteed as they may compromise the quality of Letchford products. Orders must be confirmed while Letchford is in your touring country. Orders confirmed after Letchford leaves will be put in a different production run & therefore later delivery to which shipping charges will be incurred.
